It's not a word you hear every day. You've probably never heard it.

Right?

So that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Wiktionary defines wrixle as "To alter, as one's mind or mental faculties; effect a change in."

And "To exchange opinions; speak one's mind; share thoughts; communicate."

Isn't that what writing is all about. I just love learning new words, exploring life and finding out new stuff. I am talking to a prospective client about writing a book that will stretch me in ways I've never been before. The first big topic I have to get my head around is cryptocurrencies. If that doesn't alter my mind and mental faculties and change me, then I won't be able to wrixle his book for him to exchange opinions, share thoughts and communicate them to his readers.

Now you can impress someone with the new word you learned, and have a laugh I'm sure.
